We confirm on behalf of the Trustee of Enterprise Super that the Fund:

  • has been established and is administered in compliance with the requirements of the Superannuation Industry

(Supervision) Act 1993 and accompanying regulations

  • satisfies the requirements and operational standards as detailed in the legislation and regulations
  • is able to accept transfers from other funds
  • is not authorised to make loans to members
  • Trustee undertakes to preserve any benefits required to be preserved according to the preservation
